If 1:1 coaching isn't an option for you, but you want to make progress towards your goals, this guide is for you! We provide custom macros specific to you and help you break down how to spread your food throughout the day. We have food suggestion lists, gut health tips, and supplement *reccomendations*. If you are under-eating, we will provide instructions on how to reverse diet (add more food) to help balance out your body and energy levels! If you are already consuming enough calories or overeating, we help you find a safe and healthy calorie deficit!
