Take Control of Your Hashimoto's Journey NOW - 5 simple steps to get started

We used to be broke as a joke. I’m not kidding when I say I had to strategically dissect each paycheck, allocate each dollar, hold my breath and pray.

I started my healing journey in our “broke era”, so I really can relate to women who get overwhelmed needing to know which supplement to prioritize each month. Trust me, I get it.

My journey to remission took 3 years because I was figuring it all out solo and without root cause testing - if I could have swung the investment for coaching I would have in a heartbeat. The moment our financial situation changed, you can bet that one of the first things I did was hire a coach who expedited my goals!!

But what can you start doing while you save up for coaching? Or maybe you have the cash in savings, but you’re taking some time before you go all in….

Don’t waste time doing nothing - because I promise, that no matter your current situation, there is always something you can do to better your health! Even if it’s small.

  1. Plan your meals. Take time on the weekend to get some protein sources cooked for the week. It doesn’t have to be fancy! Use a grill, an instant pot, air fryer…. Get it cooked so that you can have 4oz of protein in your meals!

  2. Choose fiber sources you enjoy! I love incorporating a variety of cooked veggies or fresh fruits with my meals! Fiber helps stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol, keep you full, and helps with regular bowel movements. Aim for 25-30g of fiber per day!

  3. Go. Lift. Weights. Seriously!! You want a faster metabolism, better energy levels, and a nice bod? Aim to hit the weights (either at home or a gym) 3-4 days a week!

  4. Walk after meals! Try to get outside and walk 10-15 minutes after your biggest meals. This helps with blood sugar, lymphatic movement, inflammation, and energy.

  5. Lastly, stop thinking you need to buy every supplement that you see pushed by influencers. Save your money for the basics…vitamin d, magnesium glycinate, a good quality fish oil. Once you have a functional nutrition coach, they will tell you what supplements you actually need. So go ahead and forget about the greens supplement you have sitting in an online cart somewhere…

Of course, my team would love to help you if you’re ready to have a custom roadmap towards your goals with weekly check-ins. You can apply for 1:1 coaching here and then book your free discovery call with my team once your application is approved! I'd love to help you reach your goals in a timely manner and not have to go years spinning your wheels!
